We charge for outcomes, not hours. Every engagement has the same shape: a free audit, a fixed build fee for each workflow we take over, and a fixed monthly fee to keep it running. You know the total before we start, and the monthly fee is always a fraction of the salary it replaces.
How the numbers work
The comparison that matters is the one on your own payroll. A back-office employee costs you the salary plus statutory contributions, paid leave, holidays, replacement cover, recruitment and training every time the seat turns over, and a desk. Add it up and the true annual cost is typically 1.3 to 1.5 times the salary. An AiStaffo worker doing the same job costs a one-time build and a flat monthly fee, works every hour of the year, and never resigns.

INR figures are indicative at the time of writing; we invoice in USD or INR at the rate on the invoice date. Clients in other countries are invoiced in USD.
What is never in the bill
- No hourly billing. If a build takes us longer than planned, that is our cost, not yours.
- No per-seat licences. An AiStaffo worker is not a user; it does not matter how many people it serves.
- No lock-in on your data. Your data stays in your systems. The workflow reads and writes to them; it does not move your records into ours.
- No surprise usage charges. AI model costs are built into the monthly fee. If a workflow grows past what we quoted, we tell you before anything changes.
How a first engagement usually goes
- You book the free audit and give us access to one process: the people, the documents and the systems it touches.
- Within a week you get a written report: hours today, hours after, the roles affected, the build fee and the monthly fee.
- If the saving is clear, we build. Most single workflows are live in three to six weeks.
- The workflow runs in parallel with your team for two weeks. When the numbers match, the team stops doing it.
- The monthly fee starts the day the workflow goes live, not before.
Larger and multi-country operations
For groups running the same process across several offices, countries or entities, we quote a programme rather than a workflow: a phased plan that moves one function at a time on to AI workers, with a single monthly fee for the whole programme. Ask for a programme quote at the audit.
