What we collect on this website
- Enquiry and audit forms. Name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and whatever you write about your process. We use it to reply to you and to prepare the audit you asked for.
- WhatsApp and email you send us. The content of the messages and the number or address they came from.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages visited and timing, collected in server logs and by our content delivery network for security and to keep the site working.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising networks on this site.
Cookies
The public site sets only the cookies needed to serve it securely through our content delivery network. If we add analytics, this page will say so and name the provider. No cookie on this site is used to follow you to other websites.
Why we process your data
- To answer your enquiry and run the audit you requested.
- To deliver and support the services in a contract with you or your employer.
- To keep the site and our systems secure.

Client data in engagements
When we build and run workflows for a client, the workflow reads and writes data in the client's own systems. That data belongs to the client and is processed on the client's instructions under the service agreement. We do not use client data to train models, and we do not share it with anyone except the sub-processors named in the agreement, such as the AI model provider and hosting provider, each bound by their own data terms.
Who we share data with
Service providers that help us run the business: hosting and content delivery, email, AI model providers for workflows, and accounting. Each processes data only for us. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
International transfers
We serve clients anywhere in the world, so data may be processed in India and in the countries where our providers operate. Where a transfer needs safeguards under your local law, we put them in the service agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client and contract records: for the term of the agreement plus the period our tax and accounting laws require. Server logs: up to ninety days.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we reply within thirty days. If your local law gives you further rights, for example under the GDPR or the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, those apply as well.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in a database reachable only by our own staff. Client workflows run with the minimum access to your systems that the job needs, and access is removed when the engagement ends.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.
Changes
We update this page when our practices change and show the date of the last revision here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
