Worked example

Consulting S$1,500 at 9% GST: GST S$135.00, total S$1,635.00, so a full tax invoice is needed. A café sale of S$545.00 including GST can use a simplified tax invoice: GST is 545 × 9 ÷ 109 = S$45.00.

Invoicing in US dollars

Choose USD and enter the exchange rate to SGD. The invoice adds the total excluding GST, the GST and the total in Singapore dollars, as IRAS requires.

For businesses: let the invoicing run itself

Singapore businesses also file GST F5 returns and keep InvoiceNow-ready records. Raising invoices, matching payments and chasing overdue clients is routine work an AI worker can run end to end, with your team only checking exceptions. Book a free automation audit and we will show you what it would take off your desk.

Please note: this generator follows the IRAS invoicing rules as checked on 21 October 2026. It does not send invoices through InvoiceNow (Peppol). Check whether a supply is zero-rated or exempt with IRAS or your accountant.
