Payslip Generator (Philippines)

A Philippine payslip shows basic pay, overtime, night differential and holiday pay, each deduction (SSS 5%, PhilHealth 2.5%, Pag-IBIG up to ₱200, withholding tax, loans) and net pay, with the employee's TIN, SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG numbers. The Labor Code requires employers to show each deduction when wages are paid.

For employers and payroll staff issuing payslips to their own employees from real payroll records. Do not use it to create a payslip for yourself or to show anyone figures that were not actually paid: that is a false document.

Worked example

Press "Fill example figures" to load this example. Earnings: Basic pay ₱30,000.00, Overtime pay ₱1,000.00, so gross pay is ₱31,000.00. Deductions: SSS contribution ₱1,500.00, PhilHealth contribution ₱750.00, Pag-IBIG contribution ₱200.00, Withholding tax ₱1,157.55, ₱3,607.55 in all. For employers

Payslips are the last step of a monthly routine: collecting attendance, working out pay and deductions, filing returns, sending slips and answering questions. AI workers now run that routine end to end with a person approving the exceptions. Book a free automation audit and we will show what it would take off your payroll desk.

Please note: the generator formats the figures you enter; it does not check them against tax or labour law. Rules are as checked on 21 October 2026 from the sources below. This is not legal or tax advice.

Questions people ask

Is a payslip required in the Philippines?
Yes. The Labor Code and its implementing rules require employers to give a statement of wages and every deduction when paying, and DOLE accepts electronic payslips that employees can access, download and print.
How much is SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG in 2026?
SSS is 15% of the monthly salary credit (employee 5%), PhilHealth 5% of basic salary (employee 2.5%), and Pag-IBIG 2% each from employee and employer on up to ₱10,000, so ₱200 at most.
Are employer contributions shown on the payslip?
They are not deducted from pay, but many employers show them for transparency. The generator lists them under "Employer contributions".
Is 13th month pay shown on the payslip?
Yes, as an earnings line in the month it is paid. Up to ₱90,000 of 13th month pay and other benefits is tax-exempt.
How is withholding tax worked out?
On taxable pay after SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, using the BIR withholding tax table for the pay frequency. Use the Philippines salary calculator linked under the form.
Can I use this to make a payslip for myself?
No. The generator is for employers and payroll staff issuing payslips to their own employees from real payroll figures. A payslip that misstates pay, or is made to show a bank, landlord or visa office something untrue, is a false document and can be a criminal offence.
